From Sekai

Before proceeding to the game, you must READ and AGREE with these terms. Failure and/or refusal to read these rules is not an excuse. Likewise, by registering and proceeding to play the game, you already agreed to these guidelines and must obey them at all times. Non-compliance will be dealt with appropriate sanctions.
Ban Lengths are down to GMs own discretion and level of severity ( in other words, case-by-case basis ).
The following conditions are not exhaustive in their outline and may not address every situation. Thus the moderators and staff employed by SekaiRO will have full discretion to address any situation that they feel is out of step with our environment.

A Player may not at any point in time

• make use of 3rd party hacking programs (permanent ban)
• use a name belonging to another person with the intent to impersonate that person. (5~10d ban+char del)
• use offensive language, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. (1h~1week mute+/or3~5d acc ban)
• try to bypass the above rule using partial or complete forms of gibberish or leetspeak. The intentional misspeling or an alternative spelling to circumvent the name or use of language restrictions detailed in the rule of conduct merits an immediate account suspension. (3~7d acc ban)
• cause, or participate in any action with a disruptive effect to the community or which directly incites enmity, such as intentionally causing the chat screen to scroll faster than other users are able to read, consistently using skills at a single location with no real intentions but to annoy everyone and disrupt the surrounding area, or the use of skills or chat/vend windows to impede points of interest. (3~7d acc ban)
• use or exploit errors in the design or features provided in game. These actions include but not limited to the use of "program bugs" to gain access that is otherwise not available, or to obtain a competitive advantage over other players. - if you found one go to a ticket report and you'll be rewarded (10~15d acc ban or permanent ban)
• generate or repeat derogatory information without any form of evidence or valid argument which has the effect of impugning the integrity of the community or the staff members thereof. (10~15d acc ban or permanent ban)
• contact a [GM] on any other of its characters (besides the ones named [GM]), it might be busy w/ a event or simply not in the mood to help a player. (kick or 1~12h mute)
• contact a [GM] in-game for suggestions, a [GM] ingame does not represent the GM Team will and making suggestions in real-time to them in-game will take you nowhere, its a waste of time since he cannot guarantee you that something will be done, if something is obviously wrong or bugged don't bother us with it - it'll get fixed in the next maintenance. (kick or 1~12h mute)

A Player must have full knowledge that

• his identity is marked solely on the IP address used to access our server. The sharing of IP's is not supported nor considered in any case when the identity of an account is taken into question. Once determined that an account was used in engage in any impermissible conduct, all other accounts associated with the conflicting IP are immediately terminated as well.
• the GMs and admins will punish him for any shape of disrespect towards them.
• bug abusing is illegal and he'll surely be permanently banned unless reported on a ticket - if reported the player will be rewarded.
• if he lost item, got hacked by an unknown evil power, or w/e his item won't be given back, player must fully understand that his account is entirely under his responsibility, accounts are not hacked here, there are no hackers, if your account got hacked it is the players' fault.
• contacting a [GM] in-game for bug reports is of no use (we forget stuff often!), reports should be placed in the bug tracker / exploits in the ticket system.
• anyone is allowed to either enter or leave maps, he cannot precast the entrances of a map, so users aren’t allowed to withhold anyone from entering/leaving. precasting is using damaging skills like storm gust and ruwach on the spot where people will spawn, or blocking its exit with ice walls and other likes.
• if he give out his login/password to someone he 'trusts', and they use that information to login to the players' account, steal its items, and then delete its characters, we will not restore the players' items or characters. Conversely, if they login to the players' account and do something illegal, the account will suffer the penalties (and probably theirs as well, but that's entirely besides the point). So, the player must fully understand to not give out his account information to others. The reason, if the player gives his account information to ANYONE else, and they destroy, steal from or do illegal things with the account, we are not responsible for the resulting damages to the account. When a person has a players' accountname and password, that person has full access to and full control of the account.
• 'stupid' and 'ass' -like actions will not be tolerated and GMs will punish the player even if these are not mentioned in the rules.
• excessive continuous flooding, spamming and / or trolling from different accounts after being punished will result in a IP-wise ban.

A Contributor (Donator - a player who've donated to the server) must have full knowledge that

• donations are a voluntary gift to SekaiRO and contributor was not forced into donating to SekaiRO.
• donations are a non-refundable voluntary gift to SekaiRO.
• donating for the purpose of filling an unauthorised transaction by PayPal or their Credit Card supplier will result in a permanent ban.
• filling any form of a charge-back or requesting a refund will result in a permanent ban.
• if their donation reward is not received, they are entitled to contact SekaiRO to have this issue rectified.
• if they sell their donation reward to a Non-Playable Character (NPC) themselves it will not be replaced by SekaiRO.
